Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mmc-logistics.com (the “Site”) and the MMC Logistics partner portal (the “Portal”), operated by JC Global Consulting LLC, doing business as MMC Logistics (“MMC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. About these Terms

These Terms cover the Site and the Portal only. Freight forwarding, consolidation, and related shipping services are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Service and by any separate written agreement between you and MMC. If these Terms conflict with a written agreement you have with us about shipping services, that agreement controls for those services.

2. Using the Site

The Site is provided for general information about MMC Logistics and to let businesses contact us about becoming a partner. You may browse the Site and submit our contact forms for lawful business purposes. Information on the Site is general in nature and does not create a contract for services.

3. Partner Portal accounts

The Portal is for MMC partners and their authorized users. To use it you must register an account with a valid email address and verify it with the code we send you. Your account becomes active only after we assign it an account number, and we may decline or limit any registration at our discretion.

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Tell us right away at info@mmc-logistics.com if you think someone accessed your account without permission.
• Only view information for the accounts assigned to you.

We may suspend or close an account at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated or the Portal is being misused.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Try to access another partner’s account or data, or any part of the Site or Portal you are not authorized to use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, the Portal, or the servers and networks behind them.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or bulk-download Site or Portal content, other than export features we provide.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or probe, scan, or test the security of the Site or Portal.
• Use the Site or Portal for anything unlawful or in violation of these Terms.

5. Tracking and shipment information

Shipment and package information in the Portal is provided for your convenience. It is updated periodically from our operating systems, so it may be delayed and may occasionally contain errors. Status information is not a guarantee of delivery times, and it does not replace official shipping documents or the terms of your service agreement with us. If something looks wrong, contact us and we will check it.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and the Portal, including their text, design, logos, and software, belong to JC Global Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. MMC Logistics and its logo are trade names or marks of JC Global Consulting LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site and the Portal for their intended purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content or marks without our written permission.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as carriers, airlines, analytics, mapping, and messaging tools. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and the Portal are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site or the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or the Portal. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or the Portal will not exceed the amount you paid us for access to them, which is zero if you paid nothing. These Terms do not change or limit any liability terms in your separate written agreement with us for shipping services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless MMC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or the Portal or your violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Site or the Portal, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site or the Portal after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these Terms, the Site, or the Portal will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Estos Términos de Servicio (los “Términos”) rigen el uso de mmc-logistics.com (el “Sitio”) y del portal de socios de MMC Logistics (el “Portal”), operados por JC Global Consulting LLC, que opera bajo el nombre comercial MMC Logistics (“MMC,” “nosotros” o “nuestro”). Al usar el Sitio o el Portal, usted acepta estos Términos. Si no está de acuerdo, por favor no los utilice.

1. Sobre estos Términos

Estos Términos cubren únicamente el Sitio y el Portal. Los servicios de transporte de carga, consolidación y otros servicios de envío se rigen por nuestros Términos y Condiciones del Servicio y por cualquier acuerdo escrito separado entre usted y MMC. Si estos Términos entran en conflicto con un acuerdo escrito que usted tenga con nosotros sobre servicios de envío, ese acuerdo prevalece para dichos servicios.

2. Uso del Sitio

El Sitio se ofrece para brindar información general sobre MMC Logistics y para que las empresas puedan contactarnos con el fin de ser socios. Puede navegar por el Sitio y enviar nuestros formularios de contacto con fines comerciales lícitos. La información del Sitio es de carácter general y no constituye un contrato de servicios.

3. Cuentas del Portal de socios

El Portal es para los socios de MMC y sus usuarios autorizados. Para usarlo debe registrar una cuenta con un correo electrónico válido y verificarlo con el código que le enviamos. Su cuenta se activa solo después de que le asignemos un número de cuenta, y podemos rechazar o limitar cualquier registro a nuestra discreción.

• Proporcione información veraz y manténgala actualizada.
• Mantenga su contraseña confidencial. Usted es responsable de toda la actividad realizada con su cuenta.
• Avísenos de inmediato en info@mmc-logistics.com si cree que alguien accedió a su cuenta sin permiso.
• Consulte únicamente la información de las cuentas que se le hayan asignado.

Podemos suspender o cerrar una cuenta en cualquier momento si creemos que se han incumplido estos Términos o que el Portal se está usando de forma indebida.

4. Uso aceptable

Usted se compromete a no:

• Intentar acceder a la cuenta o a los datos de otro socio, ni a ninguna parte del Sitio o del Portal que no esté autorizado a usar.
• Interferir con el funcionamiento del Sitio, del Portal o de los servidores y redes que los respaldan, ni interrumpirlo.
• Usar herramientas automatizadas para extraer, copiar o descargar en masa el contenido del Sitio o del Portal, salvo las funciones de exportación que ofrecemos.
• Cargar o transmitir código malicioso, ni sondear, escanear o probar la seguridad del Sitio o del Portal.
• Usar el Sitio o el Portal para fines ilícitos o que infrinjan estos Términos.

5. Información de rastreo y envíos

La información de envíos y paquetes en el Portal se ofrece para su comodidad. Se actualiza periódicamente desde nuestros sistemas operativos, por lo que puede tener retrasos y, ocasionalmente, errores. La información de estado no garantiza tiempos de entrega ni sustituye los documentos oficiales de envío ni las condiciones de su acuerdo de servicio con nosotros. Si algo parece incorrecto, contáctenos y lo revisaremos.

6. Propiedad intelectual

El Sitio y el Portal, incluidos sus textos, diseño, logotipos y software, pertenecen a JC Global Consulting LLC o a sus licenciantes y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. MMC Logistics y su logotipo son nombres comerciales o marcas de JC Global Consulting LLC. Le otorgamos un derecho limitado, no exclusivo e intransferible para usar el Sitio y el Portal para sus fines previstos. 7. Servicios y enlaces de terceros

8. Exclusión de garantías

Usted se compromete a defender y mantener indemne a MMC frente a reclamos, pérdidas y gastos (incluidos honorarios razonables de abogados) que surjan del uso indebido del Sitio o del Portal o del incumplimiento de estos Términos.

11. Privacidad

Nuestra Política de Privacidad explica cómo recopilamos y usamos la información personal. Al usar el Sitio o el Portal, usted también acepta la Política de Privacidad.

12. Cambios a estos Términos

Podemos actualizar estos Términos de vez en cuando. La fecha de vigencia al inicio de esta página indica la versión más reciente. Si sigue usando el Sitio o el Portal después de un cambio, acepta los Términos actualizados.

13. Ley aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, sin tener en cuenta sus normas sobre conflicto de leyes.
